Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to sell, deliver and invoice a package, and to answer your messages. We never see your card details, we do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Terablock Consulting LLC, a limited liability company established in the United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

  • When you buy a package: your name and email, your billing address (required for card payments) and, if you add them, your company name and tax ID, plus the package, the amount and the payment status. You enter card details on Stripe's page; they never reach us.
  • When you pay with crypto: CoinPayments tells us the invoice status and amount. Blockchain transactions are public by design.
  • When you use the enquiry form: your name and work email and, if you give them, your company, your role and its size, the area, budget and start date you choose, the order reference of an earlier package, and your message.
  • While we deliver a package: the information and access you share for it, described under "While we deliver a package" below, which is also covered by the NDA and the Terms of sale.
  • When you visit the site: our web server, and Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, keep short-lived logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) to run and protect the site.
  • When an order is paid: its details (order reference, package, amount, and your name, email, company and tax IDs) are written to our web server's logs and sent to us by email as our order record.

3. Why we use it

  • To take payment, deliver the package you bought and support you afterwards.
  • To issue receipts and invoices and keep the accounting records the law requires.
  • To answer your enquiry and, if you give an order reference, to find your order and apply a credit.
  • To keep the site and payments secure and prevent fraud.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we never use it to train an AI model.

4. While we deliver a package

Delivering a package can involve personal data about your people, which your company shares with us for that package only:

  • Answers to the readiness survey from the managers you invite, analysed by department.
  • Notes and recordings of interviews and workshops held on video, and of screen-share walkthroughs.
  • System exports and records that may contain personal data, such as case histories from your ERP or CRM, and what we see through the access you grant.

We use this data only to deliver your package. Only the people working on your package can see it, and we never use it to train an AI model. We pass data you share to a third-party AI service, such as a transcription or analysis tool, only with your written approval, and only under business terms that do not allow the provider to train on it. Your company decides which people, systems and records are in scope.

5. Who we share it with

  • Stripe, for card payments and invoices.
  • CoinPayments, for crypto payments.
  • Our email delivery provider, to send receipts and order notifications to us, and to deliver contact form messages to us.
  • OVH, which hosts the server that runs this website and its payment functions.
  • Cloudflare, which delivers this website and protects it from abuse.
  • Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, and authorities when the law requires it.

These providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. We use providers that protect personal data under their own published terms.

6. How long we keep it

Order, payment and invoice records, including the order notification emails we receive, are kept for as long as UAE accounting and tax law requires; our web server's logs are deleted after 30 days, and Cloudflare keeps its own logs under its privacy policy. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Interview recordings, exports and other copies of the data you share during a package are deleted 30 days after handover, unless you ask us to keep them.

7. What stays in your browser

During checkout the site keeps your email, a short summary of the order (package, plan, payment method, order reference and amount) and, for crypto, the invoice number and order reference in your browser's session storage, so the return page can show your order. It is cleared when you close the tab. See the Cookie policy.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, ask us to stop using it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. These rights come from the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

To use them, email us at info@terablock-consulting.com. We reply within 30 days. Records we must keep by law are kept until the legal period ends.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Payments run entirely on the processors' own systems, and only the people working on your package can access your information.

10. Changes

If we change how we use personal data, we update this page before the change applies.
