Terms of sale

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms apply when your business buys one of our four fixed-price AI packages on this website. In short: the price is fixed, the scope is written down, the work is delivered remotely through access you control, the work starts within days, and the five commitments below and in our Refund policy are part of the deal.

1. Who you are buying from

You are buying from Terablock Consulting LLC, a limited liability company established in the United Arab Emirates ("Terablock", "we", "us"). The business that buys a package is "you" or "the client".

Packages are sold to businesses for business purposes. By completing checkout you confirm that you are authorised to buy on behalf of the business you name at checkout or in your order details.

2. What each package includes

The scope of a package is exactly what its page shows at the time you buy: the listed deliverables, their caps, the items under "What's not included" and the acceptance criteria under "How we know it's done". Together these are the scope you bought, and the acceptance criteria go into your kickoff note.

Anything outside that scope is a change. We quote changes in writing before any work on them starts, and you can say no. Saying no never affects the work you already paid for.

Software licences, subscriptions and AI usage fees are not included. You pay them directly to the provider, or we pass them on at cost if you buy them through us.

Delivery is remote only: workshops, interviews and readouts run on video, and work on your systems runs through remote access you grant. On-site work is never included.

WhatsApp automations built in the Automation Pilot handle your own business messages, as Meta's business terms allow. General-purpose chatbots on WhatsApp are not offered.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are fixed, shown and charged in US dollars. The listed price is the amount you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.

You pay the full price at checkout. Packages are paid upfront.

  • Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us.
  • Crypto payments are processed by CoinPayments. The price is fixed in US dollars and converted into the coin you choose; the rate is held for 60 minutes. Network fees are paid by you.

If you continue with us within 60 days of handover (the day the package's final deliverable arrives), the full fee you paid for the package is credited toward your next engagement with us: a programme or a larger package. We apply it on your written quote or through a private payment link we send on request. Public checkout always charges the listed price. The credit is not cash and is never paid out.

Your order is confirmed when the payment processor confirms the amount due at checkout. You receive a receipt by email. Invoices are issued in US dollars by Terablock Consulting LLC, in your company's name; ask us if you need one before you pay.

4. Scope-fit check

After payment you fill in a 10-minute intake form. Within 2 business days of receiving it, we confirm in writing that the package fits: the people, departments, processes and systems in scope, and that you can authorise the work. If it doesn't, or you change your mind before kickoff, you get 100% back.

5. Only with your permission

We work on your systems only through access you grant: accounts or a remote session you control. Every action is logged, you can revoke access at any time, and we remove it at handover.

You confirm in the intake form that you can authorise access to every system in scope, or that you have the written permission of whoever owns it. We do not work on anything you cannot authorise in writing, and we follow the usage policies of the AI providers involved.

We use read-only access wherever that is enough.

6. Kickoff and timelines

The AI Leadership Briefing's workshop is held within 10 business days of purchase. Kickoff happens within 5 business days of purchase for the Process Automation Audit, the Enterprise AI Blueprint and the Automation Pilot.

The AI Leadership Briefing's pack is due within 5 business days of its workshop, and the Process Automation Audit's readout within 15 business days of kickoff.

The final deliverable is due, counted in business days from the kickoff call: the Enterprise AI Blueprint's board presentation by business day 20 and the Automation Pilot's KPI report and handover by business day 30. The Automation Pilot goes live by business day 20 if it passes its acceptance test. Week figures shown elsewhere on this website are these business-day counts expressed in weeks.

Timelines pause only when an input we need from you, such as access, a signature, feedback or a licence, is more than 3 business days late. When that happens we tell you in writing the same day, and the timeline moves by the same number of days.

A business day is a working day in the United Arab Emirates, excluding UAE public holidays.

7. What we need from you

  • Timely access to the people, systems and information the package needs.
  • The access described above, before any work on your systems starts.
  • Feedback within 2 business days at each review point, such as the draft maps or the agreed test cases.
  • For the Automation Pilot: the time Meta takes to verify a WhatsApp Business account pauses the timeline.

8. Acceptance: done means the criteria pass

The acceptance criteria listed in each package decide when the work is done: for example, a source for every baseline number on the Process Automation Audit, or 45 of 50 agreed cases passed on the Automation Pilot. We keep working, at no extra cost, until each criterion passes. On the Automation Pilot, if the acceptance test has not passed by business day 30 after kickoff, you choose: we keep working at no extra cost, or you stop, keep everything built so far and get 50% of the price back.

The Automation Pilot's acceptance test is 50 real cases agreed with you by business day 5, each with its own pass rule, and a list of outcomes that must never happen. It goes live only when at least 45 of the 50 cases pass (90%) and no must-never case fails, after the safety test of its AI steps. A named person on your side approves anything irreversible it does, and every action is logged.

At handover we show you the result against each criterion. You then confirm acceptance or tell us in writing which criterion has not passed. If you have not replied within 10 business days of handover, the work is treated as accepted.

9. Support after handover

The Automation Pilot includes 30 days of support after handover. Support after that period is a separate, optional service (managed AI operations), quoted in writing.

10. Our five commitments

These five commitments are part of every order. The Refund policy sets out how the money is paid back.

  • Fixed price, written scope: the price covers every deliverable and every cap listed in the package; anything extra is quoted in writing first, and third-party costs are never marked up.
  • 100% back if it doesn't fit: if the scope-fit check finds you don't fit, or you change your mind before kickoff, you get 100% back.
  • Walk away at the first milestone: on the Enterprise AI Blueprint and the Automation Pilot, you can stop within 5 business days of milestone 1, keep that work and get 50% back. The Automation Pilot also has a feasibility gate: if the prototype passes fewer than 6 of 10 cases, you can switch once, free, to another process.
  • Done means the criteria pass: see "Acceptance" above.
  • Yours, and only with your permission: everything we deliver is yours, in editable form and in your name; we work on your systems only through access you grant, and every action is logged; we never train a model on your data; and at handover we remove our access.

Our refund commitments, including the scope-fit refund, the milestone-1 walk-away, the feasibility gate and the Automation Pilot's day-30 limit, are set out in the Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Who owns the work

Once the package is paid in full, you own the deliverables we create for you, in editable form, including maps, specs, plans, policies, prompts, code and configuration. If you stop under the milestone-1 walk-away, you own the milestone deliverable you keep. Accounts, API keys, code and configuration are set up in your company's name.

We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, templates and know-how. Where they form part of a deliverable, you receive a permanent, royalty-free licence to use them as part of that deliverable.

12. Confidentiality and data

We sign your NDA, or send ours, before kickoff. Each side keeps the other's confidential information confidential and uses it only for the package.

We never train a model on your data. AI we build for you runs on your company's own accounts and API keys, under the terms you accept with that provider.

At handover we remove our access and give you the log of everything we did on your systems. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy policy.

13. What we do not guarantee, and liability

We commit to what we control: the scope, the dates and the acceptance criteria. We do not guarantee the savings in a business case, a vendor's price or any other business result; business cases and cost ranges are estimates. No package is a certification or an audit opinion.

Our total liability for a package is limited to the price paid for that package. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data, except where the law does not allow that limit. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

14. Programmes and other work outside the packages

Programmes, and any other work outside the four packages, are never sold through checkout on this website. They are quoted in writing on request, with their scope, stages, dates, acceptance criteria and the price of each stage, delivered remotely, and paid by invoice or through a private, single-use payment link. A quote binds us only once you accept it in writing. We may decline any request.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Before any formal step, both sides agree to try to settle a dispute in good faith within 30 days of written notice. A dispute that is not settled is finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), by a sole arbitrator. The seat of the arbitration is Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and its language is English.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version shown at the time you bought a package applies to that package.
