Refund policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
We commit to the things we control: the scope fits the package, and the work passes the acceptance criteria listed in it. When we fall short, you get money back on the terms below. We do not refund delays, dissatisfaction alone or business results.
1. Before kickoff
If you change your mind before kickoff, you get 100% back. Tell us in writing before the kickoff call.
2. If you do not fit the package
After checkout you fill in a 10-minute intake form. Within 2 business days of receiving it, we confirm in writing that the package fits: the people, departments, processes and systems in scope, and that you can authorise the work. If it doesn't, you get 100% back.
3. Walk away at the first milestone
On the Enterprise AI Blueprint and the Automation Pilot, you can stop within 5 business days of the first milestone, keep that milestone's work and get 50% of the price back. The first milestones are:
- Enterprise AI Blueprint: the maturity assessment and the systems and data inventory, on business day 10 after kickoff.
- Automation Pilot: the prototype's result on 10 of your real cases, on business day 10 after kickoff.
The Automation Pilot also has a feasibility gate. If the prototype passes fewer than 6 of 10 cases at the first milestone, we explain why in writing, and you choose: switch once, free, to another process, or stop and get 50% of the price back.
4. Done means the criteria pass
The acceptance criteria listed in the package go into your kickoff note. If the work does not meet them, we keep working at no cost until each one passes. On the Automation Pilot, if the acceptance test has not passed by business day 30 after kickoff, you choose: we keep working at no extra cost, or you stop, keep everything built so far and get 50% of the price back. At handover we show you the result against each criterion. If you have not replied within 10 business days of handover, the work is treated as accepted.
5. The 60-day credit is not a refund
If you continue with us within 60 days of handover, the full fee you paid for a package is credited toward your next engagement, on your written quote or through a private payment link. The credit is not a refund: it is never paid out as cash.
6. What is not refunded
- Refunds based on satisfaction alone, or on any business result.
- A business result: we commit to the scope and the acceptance criteria, not to the savings in a business case or a vendor's price.
- A delay against the dates in our Terms of sale. The dates are our commitment, but a delay alone does not give a refund.
- Third-party costs you paid to other providers, such as software licences, subscriptions or AI usage fees.
- A stop after the milestone-1 walk-away window has closed, unless one of the other commitments above applies.
7. How refunds are paid
- Card payments are refunded through Stripe to the original card. Banks usually show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
- Crypto payments for a paid order are refunded in USDT or USDC, at the US dollar amount you paid, less network fees, to a wallet address you confirm in writing. Neither side carries the risk of coin prices moving in between.
- If a crypto checkout is cancelled or times out before the payment completes, no order is placed. CoinPayments returns any funds it received in the same coin, less the network fee, through a claim link it emails to you. The US dollar rule above does not apply.
We confirm a refund request within 2 business days and send the refund within 5 business days of confirming it.
8. How to ask for a refund
Reply to your receipt email, or email us at info@terablock-consulting.com, with your order reference (it starts with "TB-" and is on your receipt) and the reason for the request.
These commitments are part of our Terms of sale.
